Bijna elk jaar biedt de CrossFit Open atleten en liefhebbers een nieuwe uitdaging door workouts te herhalen van voorgaande jaren of zelfs workouts die langer geleden hebben plaatsgevonden. Deze traditie van 'repeats' biedt deelnemers een unieke kans om hun progressie en ontwikkeling door de jaren heen te meten. Met de aankondiging van de 24.2 workout op 7 maart 2024 rijst de vraag: zal de trend van herhalingen zich voortzetten? Hieronder vind je een overzicht van alle CrossFit Open workouts en de jaren waarin ze zijn uitgevoerd.

Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of:

    60-calorie row
    50 toes-to-bars
    40 wall-ball shots to 10ft/9ft target (9/6 kg)
    30 cleans (61/43 kg)
    20 ring muscle-ups

 

CrossFit Open 21.2/17.1 

For time:

    10 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs
    20 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs
    30 dumbbell snatches

    40 dumbbell snatches

    50 dumbbell snatches

    21 deadlifts (102/70 kg)

2 rounds of:

    10 overhead squats (43/30 kg)
    10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

From 3:01-6:00

    12 overhead squats (43/30 kg)
    12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

From 6:00-9:00

   2 rounds of:
   14 overhead squats (43 / 30 kg)

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

    30 Double-unders
    15 Power snatches (35 kg / 25 kg)

 

CrossFit Open 13.3/12.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

    150 Wall balls ( 9 kg to 10′ target/ 6 kg to 9′ target)
    90 Double-unders
    30 Muscle-ups
